Representative of CONNECT attended CoE training on Project management

Last week, between 20th and 24th May 2024 a representative of Connect International attended a training on Project management of international youth organisations that has been organised by the Council of Europe.

On the training the participants had the opportunity to have a holistic overview of what is important for the project management. They have discussed the importance of the project management cycle and how to have a project mindset for a change and how to transform needs into projects. They addressed how to plan and implement monitoring and evaluation of projects and at the end the financial management of projects as well.

The participants had the opportunities to exchange views on the role of youth organisations in social change with Tobias Flessenkemper, Head of the Youth Department of the Council of Europe and learning more about the Council of Europe opportunities and the work with civil society in the world caffe.

The training had a great benefit for our representative and for further deepening the knowledge about project management within the Connect International as well.
