Training and filming of a short movie within the project “Before They Hate” in Iceland

From August 28 to September 4, 2023, representatives of CONNECT International and other partners on a project “Before They Hate” gathered in Reykjavik, Iceland, to support the filming of a short movie Geltu. This film deals with the problems of transphobia, hate speech, and bullying among young people. Before the start of the film shooting, the representatives of partner organizations had a chance to participate in preparatory training during which they learned more about hate speech, its forms, and how to fight it.

Stay tuned not to miss the release of the film Geltu!

The project is co-funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of organizations from Iceland, Spain, Belgium, UK and Denmark.
