Last week CONNECT attended two events organized within the European Year of Youth 2022.

On December 5 our representatives attended the EYY2022 National Coordinators and Stakeholders meeting where they had the opportunity with many other organizations and national governments from across Europe to discuss what is the legacy of the European Year of Youth and what we wish to achieve with this, learn and share through projects organized in 2022 as part of EYY, hear the youth voices from across Europe through Youth Talk session, and plan for the future in regards to this initiative.

On December 6 we attended the closing conference and legacy event “Claim the Future!”. The event was attended by more than 800 participants from all European countries. During it the participants had the chance to meet and take part in thematic sessions on education and mental health, meet decision-makers, and discuss the Year’s achievements and legacy. 

CONNECT had the opportunity to share our own work done in 2022 and to network and discuss with many stakeholders how to bring humanity to digital life.
